When you get the Fusion, if you are a conventional deadlifter, set up sumo, bend over grab the bar and walk your feet in to where they should be, set back and down and pull. Hope this helps. I didn't lift much last year as I broke my foot twice, now I am getting ready for a national meet and I am amazed at what I am doing each week in the Fusion DL suit and the new TRX squat suit. I have to be really careful at this point not to overtrain but I don't have a clue what I can really do in these suits.

Good Luck,

Regina
