In Response To: Transitioning to no knee wraps (Larry Maile)

Will there be a statement or clarification as to what constitutes a legal knee sleeve, or perhaps more importantly, what constitutes an illegal sleeve? For example, are the velcro fasteners such as on the Inzer knee sleeve acceptable?

I've never owned or worn a knee sleeve. If I enter a competition where they are legal, I don't want to feel like I am at a disadvantage (I guess the way I squat, I should say any more of a disadvantage ). Also, I don't want to waste money buying something that it turns out I can't use.
