You've got to check the ingredients on most anything you choose to take. Many, over the counter sups, that have prohormones (andros, nor androes etc) will cause a test failure.

I checked sometime ago on the WADA site and there is a list of things that are prohibited. A long list. No... really long.

IIRC about the only things in that vein that you can take are tribulus and a couple of other things that are supposed to help your body increase it's own test etc. Again, anything you are thinking of taking - I'd recommend checking the list first to make sure.

Even then, it might be tricky because there is always the "....and related compounds" catch all. So, even if something isn't on the list, it might be considered "related" somehow.
