Sorry, I misunderstood your post a little. I thought the main issue was the time and protocol, not the price.
By the way, if you think the USAPL test price is high you should see how much an IOC test cost such as the ones we use for World Records.
They go to UCLA, not Quest Labs.
I may be wrong but I think UCLA is the only approved WADA lab in the USA. (maybe we have one other but I am not sure)
