To be honest I am not sure. I think the Rack Pulls are going to help you regardless if you are a conventional or sumo lifter. The question is if the singles are enough on the other weeks. The 5x5 squats, front squats and RDL's are going to help with getting it off the floor.
Nick Tylutki has recently switched over to Sumo and was very close to a PR 760 this past weekend but his grip gave out. He is following the program real close other than he is adding in a few more weeks of rep training instead of the singles. He has been pulling conventional partials every other week.
