meet results

just wondering about correct scoring. today i competed in a contest, i am a 51 yr old master, i totaled 1480 lbs, another master 50 yrs old, totalled 1330lbs i weighed in at 231 he weighed in at 181
at the end he was given 1st place. according to the scwartz, wilks, and malone formulas i should have won first place, when i compete i like to get beat on the platform not by a pencil, any thoughts ?

also other strange rules were set at the meet none in the rule book either , for instance my third deadlift was denied because i rolled the bar out, then back into me and lifted to lockout, they stated you cannot roll the bar but must lift it from where it is , so i guess if you bump the bar with your shins you have to chase it till it stops and then lift it.another lifter was denied a squat because he went so deep his foot came up but returned to their exact postion their statement , your foot cannot come up during the squat i thought you could come back or forward as long as your foot came down in the exact postion

also this was a state meet run by a state chair
plus going back to my earlier question the 181 lifter was stuck to a particuliar judge like a band aid all day coincidence in the outcome? i think not!

well good job usapl you have just lost another lifter
