true...

but the IOC has to share responsibility for some of this also....the Olympics has gone from a true Amateur Sport to a disguised Pro sport with literally billions of dollars going to athletes.....some people will cheat when that much money is on the table....if you take it back to the previous levels of 1970's and before you will some of this will go away....we live in a drug society....ads permeate the t.v. and internet about drugs...it is hard to tell someone they are bad when everyone is selling them and doing them...if morals were reinstituted in the world today (and that is a pipedream) lots of the problems would go away..
