We use them for the swings and presses but also for tricep extensions as well as for stability and core work in the squat, bench, and deadlift. Take a mini band dobule it and then feed it through a handle and over the bar. The constant movement of the bell on the bar forces you to get and stay tight. Really helps with shoulder pain, too
