Ed,
It was stated at the NGB meeting when knee wraps were eliminated from the RAW Division, that Velcro was NOT allowed. How can an IPF Official dictate otherwise? Until the IPF has a recognized RAW Division, I don't think they can. And.... the decision to allow velcro on knee sleeves should wait until the NGB meeting in 2008 if that is the plan.
