I'm not doubting your theory but I think it's more sloppiness by the IPF. It's clear they aren't enforcing the rule on everyone. Since Brian Siders is a high profile lifter he's the first they would think of. I'm sorry to say we've probably seen the last of Brian Siders in the USAPL and IPF. It's sad that this pleases a few folks here at home.
