In Response To: Message to Minnesota USAPL Lifters - State Records (Cheryl Anderson)

The guy you mother #$##, Brad Madvig, in my unbiased, neutral opinion HAS PROBABLY DONE MORE FOR THE USAPL IN MINNESOTA in the last 10 years than ANYBODY else. He has judged, spotted, ran the scorer's table, and put on meets in MN for the last 10 years.

Sure, Madvig is not perfect (I would do several things different because I am #####) and apparently has made a few mistakes keeping track of the records over the LAST 10 YEARS. But as somebody who lives in ND but has been to most of the MN USAPL events over the last 10 years, I can objectively say that without Madvig's VOLUNTEER WORK, the USAPL in MN would either not exist or be a shell of its current self.

Madvig was putting on meets when nobody else was would. Do you remember that? Madvig, all 300 + pounds, was loading equipment and sweating his ass off when nobody else was. Madvig has spotted, judged, directed, ran scorer's table, taken shit from people, ran the USAPL forum, and MN USAPL website. HE DOES ALL OF THIS AND MAKES $0.00 FOR HIS EFFORT.

It's pretty obvious that you and Madvig do not like each other due to a disagreement you two had a year or two ago, I don't really know the facts behind it and I don't really care. BUT IT SHOULD BE BUSINESS, NOT PERSONAL. And its pretty clear that you are not being objective when criticizing him on this public forum. You are letting your personal feelings towards Madvig cloud your judgment.
