Garry,

I agree that it is better to have the Russians and Ukrainians close at hand to be able to test them. Having another year to get there timing right would set our DT program back several years. It will be a surprise if they do not have a positive test at either Junior Worlds,Masters World Bench, Masters Worlds or Open Worlds. It will be interesting to see what happens.
