I think this is completely fair Deep. Countries now have been warned with sufficient time to field proper drug tested/drug free teams. I think the USAPL should be totally for this... how many AAS failures has the USAPL had at the world stage? 0? Even us Canadians have had more failures now.

As for Russia and the Ukraine. Part performance predicts future performance. Let them compete at this IPF Worlds and see if they really have changed their policies. If not suspend them for another few years.

The IPF cannot lose in this. Either they get change that works (and they can show the IOC how proactive they are being) or they get to suspend countries again (which again shows the IOC the IPF's desire to drug test and hold people accountable).
