I do declines most of the time now and some close grip declines but not heavy ones. No inclines as they really mess with the shoulder. I have found I don't lose much if any strenght on my flat bench by doing declines as the primary bench movement. Moving my grip in causes more pain so I stay wide.

I will consider dropping the pushdowns. I do want to do some tricep work, so will keep the heavy extensions as they don't seem to bother the shoulder.

Any more suggestions?
