You just don't clean part of the closet, you clean the whole closet and start over.
I plan on returning to competition lifting at the end of the year and don't want my association or opinion to ruin it for those who train with me like they have in the past.

Lifter code of conduct kind of puts a damper on giving my usual flat out opinions.
It's reader interpeted and when you're on the outside, you're interpetation doesn't count as much.

Like my daughter said, "Dad,maybe you should sugar coat things and people won't get mad at you."
My reply, "Sugar coating is just like lieing"
That being said, that's my short list.

Clean the whole closet.
Now people will look at this and come up with an opinion of their own as to what I'm saying.

If you don't want the/my truth, DON'T ASK ME.
Just my 2 cents
