Using drugs in a drugfree federation means that you are unworthy to hold any records. Not only should they have their records erased, but when they come back they should be prohibited from setting any new records. Just cant trust those guys........
The use of cocaine is prohibited in competition under WADA - they dont test for it in OMTs.
Im not even sure Ruth have any official record - isnt he just the statistical leader?
