Jason, did you find out the answer to this yet? I tried to look at the minutes on the IPF website, but the link is broken. I have emailed the webmaster (Wim Wamsteeker) asking him to fix it.

I like to lift in BDFPA (UK WDFPF affiliate) and BWLA (UK IPF affiliate - for now - LOL!). It sounds like this is not acceptable to the IPF which is a load of BS! Each fed is (meant to be) drug free, so what is the problem?

I hate being told what to do!
