Bill, I have to agree that this seemed to be a problem at masters. In some people the knee wraps give the appearance that the knees aren't locked when they actually are. I look for the subtle locking motion when the lifter reaches the top of the lift to help in determining that the knees are indeed locked. I think this needs to be looked at more closely to see if this might be the problem. I am not a referee but it's just my observation. Sorry about your bomb out and I wish you the best in future meets.
