Jack - We've had some master lifters who legs do not appear locked (especially the bull legged ones) and we have had them show each ref before the lift what their knees look like when standing upright in their locked position. We have never had an issue with the IPF ref's that this wasn't acceptable. One of the lifters that had done this in the past had double knee replacement last year.
