Gina: maybe you misunderstood what I was trying to say, or better yet , maybe I wasnt clear.
The bottom line is this The key word is locked.
As long as you felt the lifters knees were locked, thats it. It may not be pretty, but they were locked.
I do feel bad, but at times a lifter shows up that CANT lock a knee. Thats the problem. There is no allowance for a knee that wont lock as there is for an elbow that cant lock in the bench.
