But haven't answered the question.
I really think this would be better served if it came from Larry or Johnny explaining what USAPL lifters can expect from this rule.

With Larry voting on the rule ,he should know of it's exact intention.

That way, us who compete and have lifters who compete else where will have it straight from the person whom was invloved with the rules approval.
