I like the head on the bench, feet flat on the floor, no sliding, that way the referees don't have to decide was that a foot length slide, a half or what. Is the bottom of the shoe on the floor or is it the side. The butt is still a little subjective. And then we get to the actual press signal and what and what not the side referees can red-light. Robert Keller the chairman of the USAPL Technical Committee will be addressing this in this month's issue of "Powerlines" but I can tell you, that will not end the #####ing. There wasn't that much of a problem when we had the press signal before.
