Ok, having gone back and reread all of my posts, I will admit that I misspoke, was not clear in what I wrote. I will say IF THE BAR IS NOT MOTIONLESS ON THE CHEST, I WILL RED-LIGHT THE LIFT. I have read the IPF Technical Chairman's remarks on this and I think it is clear that a side referee can red-light not for the pause but for a non-motionless bar. And I and Jack Marcus do agree on this.
