Okay it's the 2nd worst law on the IPF books but let me play Devil's advocate for a second.

The IPF/USAPL is not a government organization. By all intentions and purposes it is an athletic club. You can let people in or not based on any number of arbitrary reasons. If you can prevent women from join the golf club in Augusta or prevent high school kids from playing NFL football I think the limitations that the IPF is putting on are much less stringent.

If the Clayton law does not apply (or is difficult to prove) you probably do not have much ammunition to put in your gun.
