The whole thing was based on the Clayton Act and anti trust laws (and the NFL is a more clear black and white monopoly then the IPF is in powerlifting)
Seems like Nectar's post has precident.

I think it's wrong, you think it's wrong. There is still no legal case where one can force a private organization to take you as a member. In fact it's protected from such legal action by the highest legal document in the USA.
