In Response To: Bench Press - Spotters (Garry Holmen)

Dear Sir,
I heard about this accident from your championships. I have been the head spotter at this past year's IPF Men's World Championships and recently handed off to the "Heavy Guys" at the most recent IPF Master's World BP Championships. Those who have seen the pics and were there for these two championships, know that I have a unique style of spotting the bench. I believe with the combination of the new catch racks implimented on the ER Rack combo and my spotting style, we were able to save quite a few lifters. For those who agree, feel free to explain what your thoughts were. If you want further details. Feel free to email me at garageinkpowerlifting@hotmail.com . Good luck and stay safe!...Niko
