I would hope your right about it being different from meet to meet. The couple bad experiences I had were at an location in the northern part of the state and there was diffidently a cooler reacting when it was learned we were from the middle of the state. While most of the lifters were OK, this came mostly from the meet staff. I'm hoping that the meets that have started closer to home might be more friendly. We will see.
